More Than Survival
A storytelling and community initiative dedicated to amplifying the voices of people who have lived through trauma, violence, addiction, displacement, stigma, and silence—and are still here. This project creates space for honest, human, and dignity-centered storytelling through photography, interviews, creative writing, audio, film, exhibitions, and community conversations.

More Than Survival challenges narratives rooted in shame, victimhood, and invisibility by focusing on resilience, healing, identity, and the complexity of rebuilding a life. It centers young people, women, minorities, migrants, LGBTQIA+ communities, people in recovery, and individuals whose experiences are too often ignored, misunderstood, or politicized.

- Challenge stigma surrounding trauma, mental health, addiction, and violence
- Support community healing and solidarity
- Promote empathy, awareness, and social dialogue
- Archive stories that deserve to be seen and remembered
